Noah McQueen is a nationally recognized speaker, nonprofit founder, community builder, and systems-change advocate with a transformative journey from juvenile justice to national leadership. A Washington, D.C. native and first-generation college graduate of Morehouse College. By 16, he transformed his life and began a journey of public service receiving wide recognition for his story and community efforts. His leadership soon caught the attention of President Barack Obama, who invited him to join the My Brother’s Keeper White House initiative during its founding year. Since then, Noah has built lasting relationships with national leaders and uses his platform to inspire others to lead, serve, and heal.
In college, Noah received a full Bonner Foundation scholarship for community service and went on to found Lifting Our Voices (LOV)—a collegiate-based nonprofit that empowers students to address food insecurity, homelessness, and systemic injustice through grassroots service. Since 2020, LOV has distributed 125,000+ meals, registered over 2,000 voters, and mobilized more than 13,000 volunteers across 10 campuses and cities nationwide. His leadership model centers youth agency, civic responsibility, and radical consistency.
Noah formerly served as Regional Organizer Director for the Democratic Party of Georgia, supporting over 768,000 residents in Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District. He also has served on national juvenile justice advisory boards, such as the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s Youth Subcommittee and Coalition for Juvenile Justice Emerging Leaders Committee working to ensure system-impacted youth are included in the conversations shaping their futures. As a social impact strategist, his long-term goal is to develop workforce programs that support reentry, second chances, and youth leadership.
Noah’s story has been featured on CNN, MTV, NPR, BET, the Washington Post, and Huffington Post, among others. Becoming a national voice for youth empowerment, equity, and second chances. His recognitions include the National Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Citizen of the Year, YNPN 30 Under 30, and a City of Atlanta Proclamation declaring Lifting Our Voices Day.
