Nica Delgado
Digital Organizer
(she/her/hers)
Nica is currently a student at Kent State University and part of OSA’s part-time staff. At Kent State, she is pursuing her Master’s in Library and Information sciences after completing her Bachelor’s in Cultural Anthropology in May 2025. As a Digital Organizer, she works with OSA organizers and member leaders to support and implement digital strategy on local and statewide campaigns and operate all relevant social media channels.
Her family shaped her political life – coming from immigrants, people with disabilities, and veterans. She grew up with a desire to help her loved ones live a better and more fulfilling life, and for nearly a decade has been working locally to accomplish their goals. Her experience includes leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workshops on campus, registering students to vote, mentoring, and volunteering.
Although Nica mostly uses their free time to study, they also enjoy playing video games, illustrating, and sewing.
